When that wouldn't access the sites I wanted, he let me use the office computer. He also called our next hotel to change our booking. Everything about this hotel was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay there. Décor, rooms, lobby, everything was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here upon our return to Verona in the future. Very close to bus station, 5 minute stroll.
