I've encountered some problems during my stay in this hotel, however, their manager responded decently. I really appreciate the gentleman's great work. I would come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.
It is a little far from the city center, about 20ish minutes to Vatican by bus. However, it is still convenient to take bus 32 to go to Vatican. The bus station is 300 meters away from the hotel. I only spent a couple of minutes to wait for the bus coming during my three days' visit.

Pretty much everything. The room was very well turned out, with a lovely balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Catch the tram to flamino ( can't go wrong it only goes there and back, 1.50€ pay on the tram) then either catch the metro ( on the same ticket) or walk, shop and sightsee on the via del corso all the way to the centre of Rome .
