The owners seemed new in the hospitality business, but they are trying hard. There were electrical issues with the cooktop, but they accommodated us with use of another kitchen. The apartments are new, they are well equipped and very clean. The host Alessia is very nice and available.   The good-sized balcony with pots of geraniums was nice. One desk staff member was particularly helpful with information about Lake Trasimeno, and she even printed out train schedules for us.
