  All was perfect! We spent our honeymoon there and, as a surprise, we get un upgrade to Moliere Suite (superior suite) with a bouquet of red tulips with wishes from staff and chocolate hearts. The suites are located in a walking distance from the main building and these one was located at a calm street with the window at the street. Thanks for Colosseo Teatro Relai - The location is very central and close to Cavour metro station. Colosseum is also 5-10 minutes walk away. Everyday the room was cleaned and the linen changed. We had the standard double room but it was more than we expected as it offered great comfort. Finally, before our arrival the hotel reception contacted us and gave ususeful information on how to find the hotel location. We are extremely happy to have stayed that as the stay was pleasant.

  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready).   I adored this hotel. From the moment we booked we received conformation emails from the owners, and then nearer the time, further emails to check if we required a taxi -- which we did and everything was booked and made simple for us. Breakfast was nothing fancy but very good and enough for the first hours of walking that is inevitable when you want to see Rome properly.   Great location. Can walk just about every where except to the Vatican which is a bit far. But very close to the metro (5 min). Close to restaurant. More of a local area (vs very touristic area). Very convinient and has beautiful decoration. You can use the terrace all day and night, romantic, perfect for couples or even for group of friends.   The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.
