  We loved everything about this apartment. We were given exact directions where to meet the representative ( which after a long flight was great.) The location of the apartment was fantastic for us... We felt like we were living amongst the locals and yet we were 10 minutes walk away from the Rialto. The apartment we stayed in was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom one with the bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/livin - We stayed (group of 4) at the apartment located near the Casino vaporetto station. The apartment was very easy to reach from the train station and also close to vaporetto station to move around Venice. Spacious, light rooms which were very clean. We were met by the lovely Silvia who was very welcoming and gave us an introduction to the Carneggio area where we were staying, including a local map showing supermarket, restaurants, etc. It was great to not be in the busy tourist area and we really

  We stayed at the Venice h+h for 5 nights and it was perfect! We decided to spend an extra 100 or so euros to get an apartment instead of a hotel room and we saved a few hundred euros catering for ourselves instead of relying on the expensive restaurants of Venice. We stayed in San Zuccaria which was a 10 min walk to St Mark's sq and Rialto bridge but still not in a busy crowded tourist area. Overall - Location was excellent - close to St Marks, Rialto and the water bus stops at San Zaccarina. 5 mins walk from Coop supermarket and many restaurants and take aways. The apartment was very nice and spacious with two rooms and reasonably well renovated. Everything in venice looks worn down from the outside but once inside, the apt was very nice. Donatella and Elise were excellent hostesses and responded very priomptly to all questions and queries. Definitely recommended. Btw tourists to Venice mus

The appartment was spacious, 1 bedroom with lots of storage closets and one living room, spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids in our case). Anna answered all our questions and was very helpful. - Anna and Lorena were fantastic - very warm, and the quality of theaccommodation was excellent. They had thought of everything, and evenhad some biscuits and coffee ready for us. The location was superb - westayed in the San Marco apt and my parents in the Casanova one.

  I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. The price (in low season!) was good. Also the bed in was good. - 1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet. 2) The room was quite nice.   The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... 别人怎么说 » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

  Central, it was so convenient to walk everywhere. The apartments ofwhich we had two were spacious, with high ceilings and the mod cons ofhome, which were appreciated after two weeks of travelling.
