  The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Once we did arrive the staff were very polite and friendly and we were pleased to find the the hotel was ideally located close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Academy. Our room was gorgeous - very spacey and with a sp... 别人怎么说 » a bath. There was also lots of room to store our belongings. Ca'Fortuny is also very close to several restaurants and shops - an ideal location! - Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

  Loved staying here - would go back again in a heartbeat. Andrea, the owner goes the extra mile. The reviews are true about this man - just lovely. A real authentic experience. Great location - far enough from the crowds, but walkable to everywhere. We loved Venice and staying here was a large part of the reason we loved it so much. It felt like a ... 别人怎么说 » home stay. We stayed in the family apartment - so much space with a rooftop terrace and a balcony over looking a canal. Beautiful. We have now been tr - The location is great, next to 2 vaporetto stops, Ca'dÓro and F.te Nove (you can get to the airport easily from the latter), and yet it is not in a crowded, touristy location. The place is very unusual - in the 2 days we were there, we saw an exhibition of photographs / textiles in the entrance (as part of the Venice Biennale), and we also witnessed a dance (tango!) in the main hall. Andrea is a good host and very helpful.

  The location is perfect. The staff, especially main guy (goatee guy), were v. helpful and friendly. They arranged our gondola ride and answered our questions fully. The bathroom was clean and seemed new except for the broken shower door (it still worked, but was coming apart).   The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!
