  The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods.   Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. The location of the Residenza is perfect (next to San Marco but away from the crowd, and not far away from the Castello area where the Biennale takes place and where there are plenty of great authentic restaurants).
