  Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. Just two metro stops from Termini (the central station), but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is easy to find between two metro stops, Bologna (3 stops from Termini) and Tiburtina. Very near the hotel there is an excellent, cheap gelateria - In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and around you have many shops and a supermarket.
