  早餐 - We were very pleased with the Windsor Hotel Milano and found it to be the nicest hotel that we stayed in during our touring of Italy. We really hated to leave. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hot buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful, and we were able to store our luggage on the day we checked out, while we did ... 别人怎么说 » some additional site seeing before catching our train. - We were only able to stay for 1 night, but it was the most comfortable bed we had slept in during our stay in Europe, our flight was late getting into Milano, check-in was no problem even after 12am, the bar tender was very helpfull, as we needed a night cap after a day of sight seeing and flights. We will stay in the same hotel and recomend it to everyone we know who needs to stay in Milano.

The owners of the the hotel can hardly speak English, but they are very cute, willing to try everything they can to help and to communicate with you. I enjoyed communicate with them. There you can find nice Chinese pp - Excellent location if you arrive at Milano Centrale train station - just 2-3 mins' walk. The room is very clean and of reasonable size. The bathroom is quite spacious with basic toiletries and a hair dryer. The B&B is located on the first floor of a well maintained residential building. You feel safe and it's quiet there. We were given bottled water every day in the room and at breakfast, which is considered quite generous in Italy. Check-in and breakfast are at the Open Bar next door.

  The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town. The staff where verry nice, the cleanliness was ok, we where impressed by the fact that we where moved from a double room because the climatic sistem didn't work well and we received a suite (an appartment) and no difference to pay.
