  I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! Had a brilliant stay!! - The location regarding city centre, the old town plus enough parking ... 别人怎么说 » places right outside the entrance. Remarkably quiet despite the location. The restaurant on level eight was excellent - the food, the wine and, not least, the view!

  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... 别人怎么说 » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The temperature of the bedroom was easily adjusted. Despite the fact we were near the airport and a busy road there was little noise and heavy curtains blocked out the daylight.
