  Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.   Great location - right in the center of everything yet in a quiet street. It was very small which we liked. We took a junoir suite, it was very good, spatious, clean and comfortable. A tiny elevator was kind of funny, our daughter loved it. We had a great time. - The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful.
