  The staff were excellent, and welcomed me back to the hotel, even though my previous visit was over a year ago ( nice touch ). - Very friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable room, excellent evening meal in the restaurant with good choice of local wines.   The location is amazing; the area gives a warm, home-like feeling.. it is technically outside Torino but one just has to take bus 67 ( 2 minutes walking) to be at Porta Nuova (city center)... Asma the receptionist was very kind and helpful and so was the owner who personally fixed our safe box!! - ok hotel for that price
