We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that. It s best hotel choice we made in our trip to Italy. The location is not far from the city center. The room is very new, cozy and beautiful, every last detail is perfect. the breakfast buffet, in my opion, has a very high standard sellection of local products. We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.
