  The staff at Santa Lucia 50 were amazingly welcoming and consistently friendly. I had never met staff so keen to satisfy any need or issue we may have had. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and provided us with a kitchenette and utensils to cater for our small group (which we found to be very unusual and convenient in typical Italian hot... 别人怎么说 » els). There was also minimal noise from other rooms or street level. We would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful three nights at Santa Lucia. - The staff is so friendly, was a very warm welcome. The rooms are neat and tidy. The location is just perfect. Really this is a good value for your money. The B&B is nearby the coast and the city centre. They don't serve breakfast, but there is a supermarket across the street en a little refridgerator in the room. Seriously a great B&B with a great location that makes it very easy to see all of Naples.

  The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... 别人怎么说 » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry.
