We loved the location: a bit off the beaten track even in peak season. The neighborhood is very pleasant and more quiet than other busy districts of Venice, although it`s absolutely close, just 5 min walking distance, from Giardini and Biennale. this neighborhood is also very children-friendly as there is a broad corso nearby where The flat is cute with a vista to a litttle canale on a corner. Amenities are good, beds are good.

The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. Extremely positive attitude from the rep of the company that lets the apartment - very helpful in every respect. We also liked a terrace - though quite small, it was good we had it. Location was also very convenient - no noise, but very close to Ca'Razzonico vaporetto stop and one of major squares - St. Margherita, as well as shops and restaurants. Air-conditioner also is a huge advantage - we would not survive in Venice in July without it.
