  Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern. I booked a single room, but there was none available, so they upgraded me for the same price which was already very modest, that was really nice! Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.
