  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

  The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

  I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all the guests. The hotel "Villa Patrizi" is very good situated, not far from the Termini railway station. The location is very nice and quiet, what as I've heard is not typical for Italy. The staff was always super friendly, the breakfast was good and our room was just fantastic. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels.
