  This place is on the first floor of an apartment building on the Viale Dell Arte - a main road in the Eur district. Being unable to stay at my usual hotel, I chose this place because it was quite close to where I was working and very reasonabble price (about half what I usually pay). The room was exceptionally clean and although not huge, it had everything - Really nice place, not exactly in the center but close to the metro station. Very friendly staff. Reasonable price for reasonable comfort.

  Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and friendly. It is close to the metro so going to Rome was fairly easy. Walking up to the hotel could be difficult for some as it is a steep climb.
