The staff is well prepared and open for any flexibility as the client requires. We spoke in Italian, not sure about his other language skills. It is located in the city center, 1 minute from the dom. Breakfast is the simplest Italian - a croissant with a cappuccino at a nearby bar. Pet friendly.

We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff.

We were presently surprised to discover that there is a little kirchen in our room so we were able to prepare our favorite hot instant comfort food!
