  The location was fantastic. Quiet location away from the hustle but very quick and wasy walk. The hotel is much more attractive than the photos show.   The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat.   It was extremely convenient for touring Venice as it was directly across the street from the last waterbus stop. Also although it was the lowest priced hotel for a single traveller, it offered so much more than than expected. Two mins from the vaporetto stop from the main island of Venice, (and therefore, the vap from the station) and on the main road which leads straight to the public beach, 3 mins walk. Lots of nice cafes, shops, very Riviera feel but without the prices. Plus Venice on your doorstep! Lovely staff, nice lounge spaces, good breakfast - and in the garden.

It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. It was nice to get away from the tourist area of Venice.
