Everything was excellent. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and newly furnished. The owner is very kind and friendly, was available all the time and was willing to help us on any issue, that occurred. Federico was a fabulous host and did his utmost to help us with our own problems. His English was a blessing. The apartment is 10 out of 10. Excellent and impeccably clean.
Fabulous value for money.
The quality of everything from towels to tap fittings is superb. The bed wonderfully comfortable.

The location was very good: 5 minutes walk to the port and few minutes from the train station.
All the people working there speak good English, that is not very often for Italy.
Near by (like 2 minutes walk) was really good and cheap pizza restaurant.
Nice city to visit - also because of good connection to other cities near by.
For breakfast you can ask for good coffee, tea or hot milk.
Nice design: cats everywhere ... also 2 alive ;-)
