Very kind and friendly staff who want to do everything to make the guests feel at home(we had been there for 11 days and one day we must go out at 7 a.m. and did not have time to have breakfast, the staff arranged us to have the breakfast by ourselves. The hotel keeper was very friendly and told us about sights, restaurants etc. The hotel is close to Termini station and the neighbourhood is ok, we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The room size was ok for us (we even had a baby cot there) and there was a water kettle, freeze and safety box in the room, and some breakfast stuff as well. You could darken the room and it was quite quiet, too. The air conditioning (which worked properly) was a big plus! I would definitely stay in FlowerRome again!
