  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels.   We really liked the way of the attitudes of the hotel staff. They we really polite and friendly. the location is 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini also every day when we came to the hotel, we found our room clean.
