excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

Very nice hotel with lovely decor.very good value for money as we paid270 euros for two nights bb and had a boat ride to murano included.Thebreakfast was also very good although could get a bit crowded and somepeople had to wait for a table.The location to st marks square isexcellent and directions from traveller on trip advisor were brilliant. - R
