Cristina is the most helpful host we ever encountered: speaks splendid english and helped us with all the information we needed. The room was sparkling clean and the towels changed daily. The location was very suitable for a peaceful stay: very quiet during the night, 10 minutes walking distance from the Dome and still away from the center crowds.

The main advantage of the hotel is its hostess Christina who is extermely friendly and charming. She also speaks English well and is always affable.
The room was big, comfortable and clean. The same I can say about a bathroom. The breakfast was good for Italy (coffee, fresh rolls, croissants, yoghurt).
The hotel properly is close enough to Santa Maria Novella train station, the most city sights and Mercato centrale.

The location and accommodations were amazing. We came back early after visiting Venice and they accommodated us , no problem. It is blocks away from the train station and blocks away from David. When we got there we were immediately accommodated by their friendly staff. Before heading to our rooms our host gave us a map and suggested the best places to visit! The owner of the b&b, although spoke a language we didn't speak nor understand, he was able to make his concern and care felt. We actually felt like our grandpa is taking care of us. All in all it was a great experience- great b&b and staff!
