Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.

wonderfull attitude towards customers, friendly staff - Large pleasant room that was spotlessly clean. Hotel was close to the bus and train stations as well as a big waterbus stop. It was quite a long waterbus ride to the centre but if you had a good map it was possible to walk there fairly quickly.

Excellent hotel location for walks in Venezia: most of tourist attractions can be simply reached. We loved the place. It's a very well appointed place with excellent decor and furniture. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom shower area was really spacious. The Corte 1321 is located at the Rialto Bridge end of Venice with easy access to the Vaporetto stops. The host Maria was excellent and very knowledgable and helpful, our kids thought she was wonderful.
