  Stayed on enight in a family apt'ment consisting of a double bedroom and a living area with 2 additional single beds. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us, nice bathroom and ample storage space/ furnishings. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Short drive from Orio Al Serio airport, although we had our 'Satnav' to help find it.   Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car).   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... 别人怎么说 » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  Perfect location - in the centre of shopping streets and squares, many bars and restaurants, room was well equiped, good breakfast (we can eat anytime because it was prepared in the room).   The staff was very trusting of us. We arrived after official check-in times and they texted us the number of the alarm so w could get in and they left a note with our key at the desk. It is near to the airport of Bergamo. - Very clean and convenient to the airport. There is a nice restaurant next door which is a plus.
