The location was excellent, food in restaurant was wonderful and very well priced (particularly spaghetti vongole - absolutely delicious, as was the house red), very helpful on reception and good ambiance, Room 1 has a lovely balcony and view overlooking the lake. Location - could not be better. Lake view was magnificient. Room was big enough. Great value for money, through it is really 3 star hotel and not any more.
