  Perfect hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and warm pool. It takes some time (15 minutes) to reach the sea. But for us it was positive moment - it is so nice to have walk. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the accomodation is very comfortable, well-furniture and clean. There is a large well-kept garden around buildings, free parking, 2 swimming pools. The location is very close to main attracts. A free beach is about 7 minutes by walking, to Forio center is about 5 minutes.
