  Flexible arrangement for late arrival. Very welcoming - all staff very pleasant and helpful; including linguistically! Helpful arrangements for mobility/disability (though no wheelchair access to any rooms - we were OK). Very clean and spacious. Evening menu limited (early season) but good quality.
