  friendly staff and locaton of hotel - The hotel staff really nice and friendly, location of the hotel, the breakfast was really good (the best of 10 hotels I stayed in Italy), the room was really nice! I really can recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfortable stay in Genova. Excellent!

  The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast -- in other words quite boring, but that is the only complaint we have. - Right in de middle of the centre.

  The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country. It is a good comfortable hotel with pleasant staff, a good buffet breakfast and no negative features I cannot comment on the city as this hotel was used purely as an overnight stopover.

For better service it is recommended to walk to any private beach nearby. And the parking is a relief in that area.
