  Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Toilet was clean and sizeable and decent bfast was provided. Not to mention the location was absolutely central.   The place was more than what we have expected. Nice and cosy flat with all necessary facilities, great outdoors, view is gorgeous. There is an outdoor pool, a small gym, ping-pong and big tennis facilities, although we weren't able to use those as the weather hasn't been that great during our stay.
