This hotel is a little gem! Beautiful English decor, very cosy and stylish. Little breakfast area with four tables; breakfast with a choice of breads, jams, eggs, cereals, fresh fruits etc. Our room was big enough for three and had all facilities we needed. The friendliness and the fact that Massimiliano (manager) was so helpful and understanding (grazie!). Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site.
