  this was an ultra nodern hotel. the staff were helpful and professional. breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would stay here again if I travel to Florence - This hotel was over and above any of the 5 hotels we stayed in over ourhoneymoon. It was simply perfect.

  One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends!
