In one way I do not wish to recommend this wonderful villa as I want it to be always available for me and my families personal use! However, that said I really want others to enjoy the extraordinary welcome and care given to us by the lovely Viviana and Paulo throughout our stay at this extraordinary villa. The views of Florence from the apartment are stunning and the apartments themselves are more than well equipped with everything you need for your stay, and even if it wasn't, Viviana woul.
所有评语 » We stayed for 7 nights and loved every moment of our stay. Hosts Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights - another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this place was great. Everything about Villa Jacopone was wonderful. It was a calm, quiet, restful oasis after days down in the crowded city of Florence. Caring, helpful hosts, clean, spacious rooms, a lovely yard and pool, and a beautiful view. There was a convenient bus stop on a good line going down to San Marco piazza or up to Fiesole. Good restaurants either a short walk up or down the hill. If I ever have the fortune to visit Florence again I would not stay anywhere else. Viviana our host was wonderful. Each day she replenished our fridge with fresh local fruit, bread, cheeses, ham, juices and yogurts. She also made us her home made creme caramel and chocolate mousse! Delicious! Aside from the wonderful hospitality, we had a beautiful villa room with balcony & terrace overlooking florence with views of the duomo. The pool and villa is gorgeous. We would thoroughly recommend to any traveller wanting to relax in florence. We loved the view over the city and countryside. Our hosts, Vivianne & Paolo couldn't do enough for us. We loved having some space. We loved coming home and our fridge was restocked daily. The surprise was Vivianne's desserts she had made for us each day. The bus ride to the old town was approximately 10 minutes and 2 Euro. We would come back here in a heart beat. Upon arrival, Viviana made us feel at home with her generous hospitality. The Villa is extremely clean and well laid out. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and her knowledge of the city was a wealth of information. Another bonus was the underground parking for our rental car. We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Jacopone to any visitor to Florence. The hostess Viviana and her husband were wonderfull.This combined with the high quality and understated comfort of the accomodations, the view and the location just outside of the city buzz, made us decide to extend our stay.We would love to come back. Pierre and Sybile Paris. Vivianna is one of the most friendly owners I have ever encountered. The house is delightful - I had the pool suite - with amazing views over Florence. Fiesole is ideal - close enough to all the action but far enough away to avoid the crowds. What a retreat!. We just loved this hotel.. The owners are wonderful and the location is great. Excellent place! Friendliness and tranquility outside the bustling city. Everything! Can only subscribe to the comments of other guests!. Everything was excellent in all respects. Our neighbouring guests were a bit noisy but that was out of the owners control. Nothing really. Mosquitoes?.
