This is not really a hotel but an apartment that has been converted into bedrooms, some with en suite showers. We lucked out by having the one room with air-conditioning, an unexpected bonus. No breakfast included, but situated near the station close to shops with normal (non-tourist) prices. The shared fridge in the corridor was very useful. Great bakery next door. Next to that an excellent restaurant serving Florence's steak speciality.
所有评语 » we stayed 3nights in Florence and were really happy with our choice for accommodation. The staff was really friendly,and even suggested and booked us a one-day to Siena/San Giminiano, that we really enjoyed! The room was big and with nice furniture,clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly ! Also there was also a kettle and some coffee/tea available. Overall, would recommend. Close to main attractions and also within easy walking distance to Santa Maria Novella train station. Good sized room. Common area had a fridge and microwave. Wifi best in corridor or common area. Worked ok on iPhone in room as well. Najat is very accommodating and friendly. The hostess is a very nice and communicative person, it`s a great pleasure to talk to her, she can give good advice where it is better to go, to eat, to do shopping, etc. The room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Station. Very nice hotel! We ordered a room with shared bathroom, but when arrived found out that we have our own bathroom. It was great! There also were tea and coffe waiting for us. Towels are big and soft. We loved this place!. Great location - within waalking distance (10 min by foot) from main sights and Firenze St Maria Novella railway station. The room is clean and quiet (windows are on court side). Helpful staff. Tea facilies in the room. Najat was lovely and made us feel welcome. We arrived early but room was ready. Location was close to central station and all sights. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to use a fridge and microwave. Staff and location: 10-15 min walk from/to airport shuttle bus, most museums can be reached in max 20 min walking. Florence expensive so good value for money. Would stay again. The caretaker Najat, treated us like family and even provided the children with cookies and juice. Walking distance to city centre, old town and central railway. Quiet and unassuming. Everything was clean and in order. The staff was friendly. Within walking distance to the city center. Very helpful in allowing me to leave my luggage at the hotel after check out so I could walk around Florence hands free until my train departed later that afternoon. The woman running the place is really nice and very helpful. The location is the best, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the train station, also same distance from the duomo and hot spots. It's ok for the price! At first the street seemed a little strange, but then we realize that it was safe and close enough to the centre. location location location. No complaints at all. The bathroom could be a bit bigger, but it wasn't really an issue. No big complaints. If you intend to arrive late (after 20:00), write to the owner that you WILL arrive - he\she will give you instructions how to get into the hotel (there are codes on the doors). Otherwise you will not be able to get in. No elevator in the building - the hotel is on the 3d floor, wi-fi is not good in the room (need to go to reception area), tiny bathroom. Walls are a bit thin, but for a city trip no problem. No air conditioning. The door was closed and the staff wasn't there. We had to ring them up, they told us how to enter the hotel and the room, before they came. Though they had sent us a mail, asking the time of arriving. The shower was not very clean. Climbing the stairs could be annoying if you have a lot of luggage. Too much stairs to climb if you have a lot of luggage. rooms are small, poorly designed. everything feels cheap. parking in the area or even stopping to offload the luggage is a disaster. area is rather loud, and theres no AC if you want to close the window.
