The woman who is an owner is very nice, very kind and friendly. Location is amazing, so close to SMN train station and less than 10min from the main Piazza. Also, 5 min from hotel, there is a central market where you can find everything you need. Clean, comfortable and delicious, typicall italian breakfast :). nice location, close to Firzence SMN central station. A lot of cafe, restaurants nearby as well as supermarket. Main tourism attractions are easily reachable on foot. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, even with refrigerator!! The owner of the hotel is really nice and helpful.
所有评语 » Very friendly staff, everything went as expected and we have a great time in Florence. It is a small hotel with just a few rooms but it is run in a very professional way. The location is fabulous and the place quiet. Wifi internet worked well. The owner met us exactly at the arrange time. She was very polite. The room and the private bathroom were clear and comfortable. The location was very convenient - close to the city center and train station. We had wonderful time. The person in charge of the place is very kind, and even if she does not speak English, you can easily understand what she says in Italian. The location of the place is within 10min North to Duomo. Very good quality/price ratio. The room was spacious and very clean. The lady at reception didn't speak any English but she was so friendly and helpful. Free bottle of wine and a kettle. Great location!. Nice lady opening the door for us at 11 PM. Room was clean and big. Nice area, very close to the center. The room very big. -Perfect room with a lot of space. -Own fridge. It was a nice place to stay. Apparently the Via San Zanobi has two number 43's. We were standing at the wrong one, all confused, when a lady (the owner I guess) came to us and showed us the right location. She didn't speak English very well yet the check–in went smoothly. You get the key to the building, you can enter and leave any time you like. The room temperature was great (cool), air conditioning present. Although not in the very center, everything was on walking distance. Wifi. The location was good, just a few blocks from SMN Train station and the place is surrounded by restaurants. The two ladies who received us were very friendly and although they didn't speak much English, they were very helpful. They even made reservation for us to see the museums and stuff, a very nice gesture!. The place is good, ~10 mins by walk from the train station. But the door code is very strange. There is two No. 43 in the same street. The owner of the hotel picked us up at the door. The room is very big with nice bathroom. the lady who owns the hotel is really friendly and nice, she helps a lot, BUT she does not speak English, so we should communicate with signs, and with my poor Italian knowledge. The hotel is in a lovely place. Place was OK room was clean. We arrived in an early morning, and the hotel was not "open" yet. We waited for more than an hour until the lady came. So, it's better to arrive after 10 am. It took us a while to find the exact door of the place, as unfortunately the streets naming and numbering in the zone is far from systematic (this is of course not a fault of the hotel owner). You need to carry up your luggage 1 floor by stairs as there is no elevator in the building. No fridge available to store food. Ask for private bathroom to have so. You have to go to the black number 43, not the red 43. We were wrong, and ended up waiting in front of the wrong building. -You could only pay by cash. Not knowing about the 'wrong' address. We had a room with private bathroom, but the bathroom was across the hall. Not that handy. The interior was not very fashionable, but I guess it doesn't have to be. A bit noisy, but not that irritating. No breakfast options, but enough local mini markets. There wasn't a reception, if you we're to need help there wasn't always someone to ask. Breakfast is not included. Towels were not changed every day. The place is a little bit noisy, but you're so tired from walking around Florence that you fall asleep as soon as you hit the sack. There is no lift in the house. We lived in third floor. It is very difficult to pick big suitcase. They don't change the towel while we stay two nights. No hot water. No fridge in room their was tea making facilities but nowhere to put fresh milk this was also an inconvenience for other things.
