We passed through Florence for three nights during our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay at Emozioni. Everyday we were left a treat reminding us we were on our honeymoon. From the second I walked in with my many bags...Caesar walked them all up for me (husband was in the car outside). Also! We found out upon check out that we got an 80 euro fine for driving our car into the piazza (because I hadnt read ceasar's warning email prior to check in) and ceasar got the fine canceled, unbenounced to u.
所有评语 » This B&B is really central, but quiet. It is less than a five minute walk to the Duomo in one direction and Ponte Vecchio in another. All major places of interest are within very easy walking distance, as is the station. Allesandro and Cesare were very helpful and friendly, they were also happy to book restaurants for us. When we checked in we were given a map and suggestions of restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable and there was a well stocked hospitality tray which was most. I absolutely loved everything about this B&B. It is situated in Piazza Della Republica so is located in the middle of everything (cafes, restaurants, shopping and sights). The room was designed beautifully, was very comfortable, very clean and had all amenities you need (Internet TV, wifi, aromatherapy shower heads, safe, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities). Most of all Cesare and Alessandra were awesome hosts, the service provided was the best I have ever received - you can tell th. We loved everything about this place. The room was lovely, but by far the best bit was the two hosts who were just fantastic. We were on our honeymoon and stayed here for two nights and we arrived to a small bottle of prosecco, their kindness didn't end there and the next day we had another bottle of prosecco left for us surrounded by petals and even a bottle of wine on departure. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance and although right on Piazza della Repubblica we weren. When we arrived, the welcome from Cesare was outstanding. We were greeted like old friends and made to feel very special. Throughout our stay Cesare and Alessandra went out of their way to be as friendly and helpful as possible, and even delighted us with litte 'surprises' along the way which were most welcome and very unexpected. The location is fantastic, you open the (very big and heavy) door and you are straight out into the centre of Florence. Everything is very close by, and this is the p. My wife and I stayed in the hotel at the end of April. The hotel made a good impression. Clean, cozy, well equipped. Located in the heart of Florence. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Especially I'd like to note attentive attitude from hotel's manager Caesar, who was very kind to help us in solving various issues related with our first stay in Florence . This hotel can be recommended to everyone who's interested in good service, friendly staff and good location for reasonable money in. This B&B is absolutely fabulous. The young couple that manage it are genuinely warm caring people who go above and beyond to make the B&B welcoming. It is modern, clean and in a fantastic position in the centre of Firenze - only a short easy walk from the main train station. Everything is just a short stroll away and despite being right in the centre we found that the rooms were quiet at night. We had a room looking out on the piazza which was really nice. The breakfast is at the Café n. Ther service we received at B&B Emozioni Fiorentine was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming right from the moment we stepped in, throughout the stay, and until our check out. They were kind enough to remember Women's Day and provided my mother and I a sweet celebration, allowing us to experience a home away from home. He knew the city very well and was very approachable. The location was also very good. It's walking distance to most (if not all) of the major attractions. I stron. In one word: “Bravisssimo”! The location, the staff, Cesare and Alessandra, takes so much care about their clients it’s like a dream. They are always there for any help without being intrusive. It was so great. We received tea/coffe at our arrival, Cesare advised us some visit walks in the city, where to find good restaurants, we received then a welcome drink after check-in. Amazing! Thanks to B&B Emozioni Fiorentine, we had a unforgettable souvenir of Florence ! Thanks a lot. The Manager, Cesare, could not have been more helpful. He gave us routes where to walk to see the best things, recommendations for dinner away from tourists hotspots and booked attractions online for us so that we didn't have to queue. Also the location was amazing - 5 minutes from the Duomo but so quiet. On our last night we came back to flower petals on the bed and a bottle of beautiful local Chianti. We were made to feel so welcome and couldn't recommend it highly enough. I liked particularly the very warm welcome by host Cesare, doing everything and more to make his guests feel comfortable - this is by far the best welcome I had in over 20 years travelling experience. The room is 4 star hotel quality, ablolutely clean, and includes airco, minibar, safe, smart TV connected to internet, free WIFI, shower with rain showerhead and colored LEDs, a set of slippers. I had one of the 2 rooms with beutiful view on the piazza della repubblica. Best hotel/Bnb experience we've ever had! Ideal location- within a 10 minute walk of just about everything. Cesar and Alessandra were wonderful. They helped to reserve museums and sat down with us when we arrived to explain the area with a highlighted map. Parking was also very convenient. Someone came to pick up our car outside the Bnb and delivered it when we called and requested it. We hope to make it back soon!. We loved our delightful room, beautifully furnished, simple but with an elegant and luxurious feel. We also loved our hosts, Alessandra and cesare who could not have been more delightful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was sensational, everything on our door step. It was great to go out, see a gallery and go back for a rest in the very hot weather we experienced while in florence. - Fantastic location, right on Piazza della Repubblica - Warm welcome and introduction from Cesare. He gave us a nice cup of coffee and fantastic orientation to Florence when we arrived. Can't say enough about how Cesare was such a positive differentiator at this B&B. - Very quiet - Special touches by the staff, i.e., treats left in our room every day - Breakfast included at a nearby cafe. We liked all of it. Valet parking. The Location in the centre of Firenze. The very special service given us by Cesare. Explanation of all the costs, the booking, the valet parking etc., a city map with personal explanation of the highlights of Florence. The complimentary prosecco. The breakfast. B&B Emozione and Cesare synergize luxury and economy class prizes and lift it to a new level. The ideal location for excursions. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Rooms are clean. This is the place to stay if you like your privacy and want some personalized service. Cesare was the best host we've haver had! Gave us very useful tips, left great surprises in the bedroom and we even borrowed an adaptor for the chergers! Will definitely come back!. The hospitality of Eleonora and Alessandra - the special touches such as the welcome and farewell drinks and the surprise gift when we checked out. They were also helpful in giving us directions to the major attractions and helping us with ticket reservations at the museums. We felt so welcome we wanted to extend our stay in Florence :). Decor and furnishings were fabulous- a double shower with a shower head the size of a dinner plate and "chromotherapy" lights!! We would certainly stay here again. 5 star luxury and so very well priced. Excellent value. The location is so perfect! We are surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms and facilities are new. Very wide area even the toilet and they have thermal shower head. Aside from this, Cesare welcomes very warmly. I will go back again to the same hotel. Super duper highly recommended. A real credit to the place!. The location was excellent, right in the middle of old Florence, two blocks from Uffizi Museum and the Duomo Cathedral. The Facilities in the Hotel were excellent and staff made you feel very welcome. Eating precisely the same breakfast for 6 days, but it was ok really. Nothing for us, although I guess if you are a light sleeper you might want to specify one of the rooms that doesn't overlook the square. However, for what we wanted it was perfect. There is nothing that we could fault. The internet was a bit slow and due to it's prime location, noise from outside partiers was heard in the room. There was nothing we could criticise. Not sure about the coloured lights on the shower rose!. - Plumbing leak behind ceiling and wall in bathroom--came from upstairs tenant (plumber couldn't be called until the following week) - Bidet too close to the wall; not possible to use it as intended. - No curtain on bathroom window (although Cesare immediately put up a temporary solution when we pointed this out). - Automatic room deodorizer spray. We could not book another night. Breakfast could be improved. Nothing. Nothing!!!!!!. nothing. 7 pm the reception closes, they should leave the key at the bar downstairs for the prepaid customers. But have to admit that they do wait if you are late and call them ahead of time. Ends up being an insignificant detail, considering the benefits, the fact of having to climb a flight of stairs to get to reception. But as I said, in no way affect the quality of the hotel. Everything was great!. Zero complaints. When you first get there you might be confused about the location since major parts of the building are being renovated, but it does not affect the interior of the hotel. The breakfast is provided via contract with the restaurant downstairs, and it's pretty small, but decent and enough to start the day. Not a single complaint, it was simply charming. Wifi didn't work well. Noisy at night with people in the square. nothing!. Everything Was fine. Noise from the street can be heard clearly at night and in early morning. n/a. The breakfast could be improved. Access to the Hotel, which is on the 1st Floor, behind a closed door was initialy hard to determine. Staff helped with bags which had to go up a flight of stairs. Better description required.
