Sara was very helpful. Her level of service made us think she owned the hotel. We surmised that she really cared about the image of the hotel. She is one of the best multi-taskers I have seen. She handled many customers at the same time and made us feel that we were special. Great hotel near the Fumicino Airport, convenient shuttle back to the airport..................nice restaurant on site.................

Great Breakfast. Room rate included breakfast. The room was very comfortable and located very close to the airport.proximity of airport. This hotel is very close to Fiumicino Airport but quiet enough for a good night of sleep. There is a restaurant on the first floor, very nice and fairly priced. The hotel also offer a shuttle service to/from the airport for a 6 Euro fare, but it's easier to reach it with a regular Taxi (8 Euro) from the airport instead of arranging for the shuttle and waiting for it to take you to the hotel.proximity to airport. Near to the airport. close to Airport. the restaurant food was excellent and the service was fantastic.Some of the hotel staff were very obliging, but this didn't reflect all staff. Breakfast. close to the airport. taxi cost about 10 eu. Rooms need to do some maintainence to make it modern and clean.Transportation to and from the airport could be better but it was satisfactory. confusing shuttle pick-up to go to the hotel. We took a cab.....couldn't find where the shuttle was..............and it had to be reserved ahead of time.............Shuttle pick up from the airport was confusing and we didn't know where to get it or how to get there so we took a cab............... the pillows need to have more cushion. Trouble with internet service. Reception officer at check in was not very friendly.. Reception officer at check out was OK. Even though we inquired several time for the shuttle service the hotel staff never mentioned till last min that th shuttle had to be reserved in advance. There are no clear signs at the airport indicating where the shuttle would come to pick you up. They also don't mention that the shuttle service is paid not free. Not the hotel but the taxi drivers at the airport because it seams they do not want to take passengers for short trips. If possible use the hotel shuttle bus(I arrived to late for that). it was fair in general but not exciting. We asked for non-smoking room, though room smelt of smoke. There is no train line anymore to this area, so u have no choice but to use their shuttle service (6 p/p to airport, 12 p/p to city) this is good place if you only need to stay overnight. Taxi's have set fee of 15e from airport as distance to short for meter. Staff not that helpful at reception.The hotel receptionist when I arrived was cold as ice. She gave very little information. my hotel room was a junior suite, but it was very small, though recently refurbished. WIFI didin't work in the room if you didn't have an Italian provider, and there were only internet cables in some rooms. They didn't provide me with a cable, though I asked for one. I had to use e mail on tv,difficult. Very small rooms, especially bathroom. very noisy, the flight runs near the hotel. The room decoration is getting old and not adequate to keep it clean and tidy.
