Agriturismo Casolare Dei Colli offers a peaceful setting with a swimming pool and an excellent restaurant, specialising in home-grown ingredients. It is just 14 kilometres from Lucca. You will find a large terrace with a beautiful view across the countryside. Inside, there is a dining hall and a living room with fireplace. The Agriturismo produces its own olive oil, marmalades, and much more. Cakes and bread are baked on the premises daily. The restaurant serves a rich selection of organic produce. Rooms are all air conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The Casolare Dei Colli is set in the small, historic village of Fibbialla in the hills between Lucca and Versilia. It is surrounded by vineyards and forests.

We stayed three nights with Monica and Stefano and enjoyed every bit of it. We ate with them for the three nights and really enjoyed trying all the local dishes--at 25 euros per person including wine and after dinner liquors---excellent. One of my friends was coeliac and they catered for all her requirements perfectly. I can't wait to go back----- says it all really. We had a super time during our stay in Casolare Dei Colli! After one week it was very hard to leave and to say good bye.We absolutely want to return to again experience the beautiful environment and dear hosts.
