signor Alberto Primavera, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. The B&B is located on a top of a hill opposite of Perugia and has a splendid panoramic view on the city and its surroundings. Very kind staff (starting from the owner, Mr. Primavera, who's
always willing to help), very nice and spotlessly clean rooms, peaceful
environment. The place is a 5-minute drive from the mini metro station
(situated next to a large free car park) which brings you right into the
heart of Perugia's historic centre (not reachable by car).
