  The rooms are spacious, clean and the public areas are spacious. There is a lift (handy for suitcases). We needed help with sorting out a problem and we didn't have enough Italian to be able to handle it. The staff was fantastic! Helpful, making phone calls, sending faxes and emails and helping us fill in forms. We were very thankful. Beautiful pastoral view from the windows. Very nice city, quiet and neat in just 40 min from Venice and about an hour from Vicenza. Best solution for a young couple and thrifty travellers.
