  Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue.   Stayed on enight in a family apt'ment consisting of a double bedroom and a living area with 2 additional single beds. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us, nice bathroom and ample storage space/ furnishings. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet.   The staff was very trusting of us. We arrived after official check-in times and they texted us the number of the alarm so w could get in and they left a note with our key at the desk. It is near to the airport of Bergamo. - Very clean and convenient to the airport. There is a nice restaurant next door which is a plus.
