Everything. Martina is extremely friendly and welcoming. Her 150-yr-old restored farm house has been upgraded with energy efficiency in mind. The room and bath were extremely comfortable. Martina was very helpful in giving directions for things to do in Cortona. When we initially had difficulty in finding her house, she came and got us. We felt as though we'd made a new friend in he. Beautiful rooms in a lovely farmhouse In the middle of countryside but only 5 minutes from Cortona town Breakfast was first class Host went out of her way for us Clean room and bathroom.
