I chose the Residence Al Lago because of the outstanding reviews given by guests. Now I can add my own glowing report, as all that was claimed was true. Luigi is the perfect host, making us feel like guests in his home and country, instead of awkward tourists. From the moment he met us at the train station, drove us to Residence Al Lago, gave us a glass of wine and choice of rooms, we were hooked. 所有评语 » Everything. From the minute we arrived and were offered a wine and a beer by Luigi after a very long drive, we knew we had chosen the right place. Luigi was discreet and respectful whilst being a very caring host. He created itineraries for us with hand drawn maps of places we might never have visited otherwise. Thank you Luigi for a wonderful relaxing, enlightening and interesting stay. Thank you also for your assistance in getting our laundry done. We really appreciate your kindness. Very nice residence with own swimming pool and good location in few steps from the lake and some minutes from old city. In apartments exists small kitchen. In 25 km is historical city Perudga. All was very comfortable. Especially thanks for the owner of residence for help and useful tips. A most hospitable owner who cooked us a great dinner served with his excellent and interesting knowledge of the area. Near lake and town centre. Nice pool. Quiet and beautiful area. Very relaxing. By car access to many interesting places. Host can recommend. The residence was not perfect but was great for our purposes (large family group). The proprietor, Luigi Fazzuoll, was fabulous. He was very helpful with suggesting day-trips, making restaurant reservations and he even cooked for us a couple of days. Our recent stay was fantastic. Our host Luigi was so welcoming, providing us with travel ideas and information. I would recommend this accommodation to my friends. So close to the walled city. Charming welcome and upgrade to a 2 bed apartment with air conditioning and excellent basic breakfast with good bread etc. Neat, clean, well presented older property.
