  Everything! The very best agriturismo we have ever stayed at. The accommodation was so sympathetically converted with great attention to detail. Breakfasts were fantastic and we ate the farms eggs daily. The communal lounge was very well equipped and the staff efficient, kind and attentive.   Very nice stay. Great breakfast, most of it home made and fresh. Owner is very friendly, caring, educated and hospitable. No problem getting there. Ispica is interesting for the cava d'Isp - Very eclectic and modern design, the room was very comfortable with lots of storage space and high end shower and bath soaps. The location is rural and very peaceful, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast was a delicious mix of local dishes and fresh fruit. The lady in charge was very graceful and helpful. I would describe the Balarte as the Gugenheim in the middle on the Scicilian countryside !

  The one bed apartment is fantastic. We has our own private balcony and a lovely lounge and kitchen area.   Very friendly famyli owned hotel offering very good service in comparison to other hotels. I think we can call this hotell 4 starts hotel. Good clean rooms with good aircondition system.
