  The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. It was decorated very modern and fun. The chef/ food was excellent, and we really liked the open kitchen where you could see her cooking. Wi- fi avail, which for us is so important being from another country to get all our traveling times and ticket info and - It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

  We liked everything about this hotel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The room was new, beautiful, stylish design and spotlessly clean. It was only 5- 7 minutes from the airport, but so much nicer than staying in an airport hotel for 2-3 times the price. The hotel was new, lovely wood floors, attractive furniture and appliances, comfortable bed, top-notch temperature control.

  Gallarate is the perfect small city to stay in if you are traveling by car or train. The hotel is a short walk from the train station making it easy to take day trips into Milan.   距离米兰机场近 - The shuttle response was excellent. They arrived 10 mins after we called them from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful.The next morning at 5:45am for our 6:00am departure, we were greeted by a smiling, beautifully made up woman, who served us a great cappucino and apple cake.
