  We chose this spot for several reasons. We wanted to visit the locations of the famous gardens in the area; and we wanted to just relax before spending 10 days in Rome. The spot was ideal for this. Unfortunately, our run of 5 weeks sunny and warm westher in Italy came to an end on our first night, and our three days here and our 10 days in Rome we... 别人怎么说 » re basically cloudy and wet, with massive thunderstorms. Thus we didn't fully enjoy the surroundings and relaxing outside by the lake. Whether it was - Wonderful location, peaceful, really fantastic, friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. They were also amazingly helpful and arranged for us to visit a privately owned garden that we had hoped to see. The staff were happy to try to provide anything that we asked for. We had a lovely room with a view of the lake, and the food was excellent too. Will definitely come again - and soon if possible

  The owner was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. The house is really beautiful, reflecting her artistic taste and beautifully furnished. I would strongly recommend staying here.
