The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

  The hotel was extremely close to te train station and we had no problems finding it. Once we checked in we were taken to our apartment which was a minutes walk away from the pizzeria. The room was spacious extremely clean with a nice view of the main square and the city and mountains. Loved our stay.   The location is good if you travel with a car because it's the ideal place to stop and then continue to Cinque terre the next day. The room was clean and overall ok; it also had a little kitchen.   It is a real house with garden and lovely breakfast terrace. Spacious room. Helpful owner who gives you the best money saving tips. Authentic italian countryside set up just outside the centre of la Spezia on the way to Portovenere, which is worth a visit. Very close to station for 5 terre if you have a vehicle.

  It was a lovely place in a quiet location and although we had a car we used public transport which was cheap and nearby. The hotel was pristine clean with friendly staff who were most helpful. Excellent breakfast too! - Excellent room, very well appointed. Staff very helpful. Good value for money.

  Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping! Even though there is no private parking, there are parking areas close by if you don't arrive late (free parking - Awsome! This guest house was very nice, the room and the bathroom are beautiful and very clean. The view is nice, you see a garden with beautiful flowers. The guest house is located just near the center and the port. Perfect location. We were perfectly welcomed even if we arrived after the check in hours. (2 to 4 pm)

  Our family loved staying at Albergo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are quaint and cheerful. Breakfast was more than adequate.   It fit our family VERY well. Large beds and the staff was very nice. The location was perfect for our touring and we were able to take our vehicle into Cinque Terre, which was nice as well. I'd go there again. All the rooms have a fantastic view! Loved the beautiful views from the terrace with our room, especially the bright stars at night. Staff was very nice and food was good. I feel we "lucked out" with booking Due Gemelli!

  The staff was super helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with our room and Paolo contacted us immediately to say he had arranged for us to stay at one of the connected B&Bs. When we extended our stay in La Spezia he was able to help us out despite the fact that his accommodation was fully booked.
