  Hosts Attilio and Luciane were most gracious in helping with info on transportation into Venice, restaurants, Laundromat, etc. We were in the ground floor apt. with secure, gated parking on premise. The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20 minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines, there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy tickets or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice. The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip - Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.

  The price was extremely reasonable, especially after two nights in San Marco. We had an early morning flight from the airport so wanted to move out of the San Marco area the evening before our flight. Bella Onda was minutes from the airport. Breakfast things were available in the room so that we could eat even though - Our mroom in this B&B was completely self-contained. We arrived late on a flight into Venice airport, and we were met at the terminal, and it was only about a five minute trip to the Bella Onda B&B. We were shown to the room, which was large with one bed, and a table set for our breakfast. There was an adjacent kitchen with cold items in the refrigerator (butter, cheese, yogurt) and tea/coffee making facilities. We enjoyed being able to take breakfast without having to leave our room.   It was very clean and noise free. Only thing missing is mentioning how to reach the hotel by Bus from Venice St Lucia. It would have been really helpful. - The room was very clean and modern. Good breakfast in the morning, and they will make your favorite type of coffee right there for you.

  This hotel is incredibly convenient if you are looking for a good hotel that isn't on the island of Venice. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. I've stayed in a lot - Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American" hotel after traveling in Italy.

  We used this hotel for an overnight stay as a base for visiting Venice and it was perfect for that. The pool was a bonus if you could fit in the time to use it.   It was close to the airport and was very comfortable for our stay. Our request for waking us up early was taken up and we got a call exactly when we wanted!
